Lightweight, small and low value orders (e.g. worry dolls, accessories, small bags, jewellery etc.) will be sent first class and charged at about £2.00 - £2.95 for postage and packing (UK). We will always try our best to send your order the cheapest way we can. The £6.95 carriage charge which appears on your order is only for orders sent with Fedex (next working day). If we are able to post your order using Royal Mail we will adjust the amount due before payment is taken, and advise you by e-mail. If you would prefer a postage quote before ordering please do not hesitate to contact us at office@kon-tiki.co.uk or telephone us on 01202 828293. It is very difficult to fix one postage price as we sell so many different things! But we will always do our best to send your order to you as cheaply as possible.Carriage can usually be reduced for small orders
International Carriage Surcharges - Orders to anywhere other than UK mainland may incur a carriage surcharge. This will be notified and agreed with you before your order is despatched.
Minimum Order Value is £5 - Our minimum on-line order is £5 due to credit card and cheque charges.
Discount Codes - Sometimes we do special promotions. If you have a discount code please enter it in the order and we will make a manual adjustment after your order is received.
VISA Electron & American Express & Diners Card - we regret we are unable to take these credit cards. Please note we can take all other VISA cards - we just can not get clearance on VISA Electron.
