They are made by a fair trade project in India. Bangle production there creates a lot of waste from breakages and so these are recycled to make our fabulous frames and vases!

The glass pieces are separated into colours by the artisans before being glued onto glass shapes. Many women who do not usually have regular work are able to help their families through the income generated from these projects.
